Enjoying the speckled light in Dalston one fine evening, attempting to recreate this genius by Yuvali Theis, SO good though! What a talent. Happy it’s finally hot enough to wear more of my SS14 collection, although looking a bit #normcore in my mom jeans. Cycling favours the trouser, ok!

Haven’t had much time to post, currently casting for my AW14 campaign (as well as starting SS15! Excitement.) And headed to Paris tomorrow for mens collections. Life is busy but good.

As soon as Spring sets in, I can’t seem to help to want to do the all white thing ALL the time. These new tortoiseshell sunglasses (my first pair I might add) adding the only colour to this outfit that should be bouncing off the suns beautiful rays during golden hour. If you saw my instagram yesterday you’d have noticed a new addition to this trainer family, the same pair in stripes. My attempt at bringing black in a bit more maybe.

Let’s talk about the perfect white coat. I knew as soon as I’d made this coat that it had to be mine immediately; it’s so hard to find a good white coat so if you’re able to make it yourself – even better. I’m just wearing the sample here but excited to have one for myself in a few months when production starts. How can I be craving winter wear after Spring has just started? Damn you FASHUN.

Now that fashion has taken a turn for the flats, I’ve been on the search for a great flat boot; Hudson came to my recue with these, they’re quite different to any of my other shoes, which I love. Sad to say the heel has fallen of my Haider Ackermann boots already so they’ll have to go in for repair. I swear I haven’t even worn them that much. GROAN. Anyway, I seem to be obsessed with croc or snake skin recently. I got a lil croc card holder from Smythson, as seen on my instagram, a while ago that may be making me fall in love with exotic looking leathers.

Super excited to go back to my university tomorrow in Bristol to talk to the fashion students. Going to stay for a couple of days to visit my brother too. I don’t think I’ve been back there since I graduated so it’s going to be fun, and weird!

London weather has been pretty schizophrenic as of late, one moment spring has arrived and the next, tiny drops of snow are falling, shattering our dreams of a little sunshine. I’ve been dreaming about wearing these sandals in the sun for a few weeks now, until I finally thought – screw it and pulled out the tights (albiet a pair that had a huge hole and ladder in one leg, which I didn’t notice until I was out the house and well, Alex pointing it out to me when taking these photos!). Doh. I try not to be a tomboy but I don’t think being ladylike comes too naturally to me either..

Anyway, this morning when the snow fell, I was up super early for breakfast with Galaxy at the Ritz. If there’s anything that can get me up and out the house by 8am, it’s the promise of a perfect breakfast and the chance to see some friends and meet some new ones. You can see some more drool worthy pictures on my instagram but we were there to see the new Galaxy ad with Audrey Hepburn, where they’ve CGI’d her face onto a model. It’s pretty amazing actually! Very classic, chic Audrey. It airs on Sunday so let me know what you guys think when you see it on TV!

I’m excited to have booked the train back to Devon on tuesday! You can expect more photos from the beautiful English countryside, that’s if the internet works at all! There are pro’s and cons to living in the middle of no where, but I wouldn’t change it for anything. Hope you’re all having a great weekend!

Wearing: Ann Demeulemeester blazer and boots, Theysken’s Theory top, Phillip Lim shorts, Acne sunglasses, Noemie Klein ring.

Brief outfit capture in the last 15 minutes of sunlight on Sunday. Can you tell I’m wishing it was summer already!? Even though I’m in the middle of making an A/W collection, I have to admit that most of it is the colour white so far.. (SPOILER ALERT). I wish I was debuting these perfect floaty shorts on a beach somewhere in Hawai, but London is where I’ve got to be for now. Fashion week is less than three weeks away!

Hello 2013! You came around fast. I can’t say I’ve made any resolutions as they’re rarely kept but my mental notes say work harder and travel more; which may well be a contradiction.

I’m finally christening this sheer polo neck from Celine that I got a while back when it was just too cold, even if it is a polo neck! Probably more relevant for the English summer. I’ve also been on the hunt for the perfect winter trousers and came across these from the LN-CC. They were sat on my doorstep in the rain for two weeks whilst I was away, and surpisingly thanks to their insane packaging, the inside was bone dry; happy with my new huge storage box too! I hope you all had a good NYE!

I had that song in my head all day yesterday, and it seemed kind of appropriate for the title here, although I’m not selling my body to the night or anything! The Nicholas Kirkwood sample sale is coming up next week and I was reminded of these beauties that I came away with last year. They’ve only made one appearance on the blog and maybe are used more for swooning than for wearing, which I’m aiming to change. Maybe I’ll be more sensible this year and only buy a pair if I’ll genuinely live in them, like this top and skirt that are on constant wardrobe rotation at the moment.

Slowly merging my summer whites into the cold autumnal wooly blacks. I’m enjoying the return of the black tights; which is just as well as the days of bare legs are very much over in London. I’ve already got my eyes on a couple of new winter staples – the oversized peacoat from the Margiela x H&M collab which lands on the 15th November over here, and the perfect loose polo neck from Elin Kling’s collection for Marciano; which I only just found out comes in black as well as yellow, woohoo! I basically just want to disappear into a big ball of wool and I’ll see you all next spring!

Just heading out the house to the coast, down to Devon for the weekend for my brothers birthday. Really looking forward to seeing the sea again and reuniting with the salty air! Have a great weekend!

Not just treats in the form of food at the My Wardrobe press day but lots of treats to be available to buy online very soon too. I’ve personally got my eye on the Theyskins Theory bag pictured last, which actually dropped a few days ago but sold out in the same day! Damn. All the accessories were pretty gorge, Camilla Skovgaard and Philip Lim, mmmm. I don’t know if it was just the cold either, but I seemed to have been photographing a lot of cosy looking jumpers by Acne and Burberry too. Which item is your favourite?
