I think it must go without saying that being an iconic minimalist designer, Ann Sofie Back is one of my firm favourites; when I saw this tshirt hailing that Back is BACK FOR GOOD I felt the message should be spread far and wide. I loved her recent SS14 collection, with Calvin Klein 90s reminiscent boxers, with the name peering out from above the jeans. Something I’m ready to embrace when the weather starts warming up again in a few months! Right now it’s about layering up, with the best black coat and an unsuspecting rust sweater that I found in COS.

Or more, ostrich printed cows leather. Wearing again, but in more detail, a favourite new wardobe addition from my own AW13; the ostrich biker jacket. Feeling more and more right that this image that’s been making the internet rounds is the gospel truth on the matter. Wearing with a pretty unusual jumper from fast becoming favourite Cedric Charlier. I was mistaken to be wearing a 90s-esque choker throughout the day when wearing under jackets and coats, which is no bad thing. Channeling my adolescent gothhood as it were. On the other end of the scale accompanying with high end accessories, Givenchy-bag-turned-clutch and black suede and gold beauty from Larsson & Jennings. Life is also better with a watch it would seem. Off to draw a new cartoon..

From white to black and back and vice versa; that’s the way it goes on this blog, except the introduction of a more colourful piece, unusual for me. My wardrobe is looking a little brighter with this ray of winter cosyness sandwiched in the middle. As for the shoes, I know I’ve jumped on the Nike bandwagon a little late (it’s never too late!), but ever since ordering these beauties they have not left my feet. Fashion flats all the way! Or rather, shoes that allow me to run around all day and do my job all the way!

Sometimes a photo perfectly captures a mood or a feeling; going through my mountains of holiday photos from last week (I’ve currently whittled it down to a select 100..) this one stood out as a perfect memory. I’ve been getting back on track with a mountain of work and orders (thank you!) this week, whilst my brain is still in Malta mode. I’ve officially got the travel bug and whilst autumn is my favourite season here, and knits and leathers have me feeling much more in my element than say, a bikini; I can’t help but think about when my next adventure might be and if it involves more hot weather, rooftop pools and turquoise stretching coastlines.
I moved my sample sale online this week so make sure you check it out for SS13 up to 80% off!

Walking around Marsaxloxx, in the south eastern part of Malta, around sunset after eating the biggest Maltese Sunday lunch. Wearing an easy holiday dress I picked up from Zara before travelling, and the Vagabond sandals I couldn’t live without all summer.

Our second day in Malta spent roaming around the ancient back streets of Valletta, before our afternoon of extreme relaxation at the spa. It’s winter here and it’s still 25 degrees.. pretty happy to be spending a week here before AW14 gets into full swing. Follow me on instagram for more daily updates from the island!

So here I am, after my one week hiatus of being bunged up in bed with the flu; I am thankfully now on the mend and find myself in Devon for a holiday! Pretty excited about my month of travel ahead planned and finding fresh outfits to wear from one limited suitcase shared with le boyfriend. Thank fully I’ve packed many layering pieces that fold away into nothing, such as this lace lingerie style dress.
My mum is pretty convinced I am walking around in my underwear the whole time, which I’m sure will be a thought shared by many who aren’t aware of Louis Vuitton AW13, Birkenstocks being in and many of the other in-jokes fashion are having at the moment.. Otherwise happy to have my heavy tread Stella’s with me for some countryside roaming.
I’d have thought the pinstripe coat would have been all over the blogosphere by now, but it seems everyone is too distracted by baby pink to get caught up with this one, luckily for me. I do feel a slight pang of guilt wearing designer copycat Zara instead of the Stella real deal, but this is how it will have to stay until a massive budget increase comes my way.. Wearing my new clodhopper’s that I’m actually in love with, giving the height without the heel, which I’m totally into.
Relaxed Sunday vibes for lunch at Bistrotheque in East London, possibly my favourite restaurant right now. Wearing the velvet tee from my SS13 collection that’s now on sale too! Still crazy preparing for fashion week, trying to find the perfect show venue at the moment. So bear with me if posts are sporadic ;) When my ecommerce site opens I’m going to do a huge giveaway with tickets to my show in September, discounts and giveaways for the winners – so stay tuned!

Going through my batch of Ibiza photos, I realised I still have so many I want to share. Being able to bring my own photographer along on the trip meant that the posts really could go on and on! Quite a lot for 3 days don’t ya think? Not only did I manage to pack an almost exclusively white suitcase but I also managed to get plenty of wear out of some some new swimwear favourites from Varley and Beth Richards. How I miss being so close to crystal blue open water now I’m back in London! Thank you to Michael for being my ideal travel buddy on the trip!
