So here we are. Me as the mostly uncompromising NO-bag lady turned all-of-a-sudden bag lady, after finding the bag of my dreams via fashions online haven Farfetch. Usually preferring to stuff things in my pockets or leave at home all together than carry my life around with me; I am a changed woman.
It’s no secret that Loewe has become one of the most sought after brands since JW took the helm (I would go as far to say that it has replaced Céline in my view as the new IT). The show this morning was ridiculously on point; held at the house of UNESCO and with models walking to the sound of a self help tape (stop smoking I believe), editors sat on boxes of bic razors and brillo wire pads. Chic.
It’s leather that Loewe is truly known for, and what they can do with it. This little puzzle is so clever, with the zip at the back giving the piece the perfect fold at the top, creating even more shapes. I wear it mainly on the shoulder but the handle or arm through the handle is equally good. Worn with my raw wool kimono coat that’s my day to day and typical white kicks – hello new Eytys. Other more minimal details include cuff and earrings from Anna + Nina, and Blyszak shades aaand a fresh new hair cut from Myla & Davis.
