We’re now fully into February and new years resolutions might be starting to wane; but I can guarantee the best way to combat this is to get yourself some new work out gear. The full kit, including fresh shoes like these Nike LunarEpic’s. I always like to start the year with a daily running routine (I did this last year too). I find it’s simply the best start to the day, even though it’s ridic cold. It’s addictive; when the frost is peppered across the grass, mist floating on the ponds, and epic pink sunrises fill the sky. Whether you’re running through your local park or along the Thames path as I am here, feeling a fresh new you is super important.

I’ve always been a tomboy at heart, androgynous dressing comes naturally to me and I’m not concerned with which section the garments come from. I mean, trainers have always been unisex so why not workout clothes too? I’m wearing a mixture of pieces from the men’s and women’s running section from Nike. SO happy to switch up my usual full black cat burglars outfit with a fresh dark green look. These new Nike LunarEpic’s have been a real treat for my feet since I’ve been pounding the pavements each day. The sole gives the perfect bounce whilst the trainer, with it’s vanishing fit, offers great support for an effortless ride. This thermal waffle running top has become an essential for me at home as well as outside, that’s another thing I love about the men’s is the super long sleeves and oversized fit.

So now I want to know, what are you guys doing to keep on top of your new years resolutions?
