WITH/WITHOUT

Feeling a little miz as the cold starts rolling in and summer is fast disappearing past all memory. Going back through some old photos I found this look, from July I think, when I stumbled upon these Haider Ackermann shorts in the HN sale; that perfect find when you wonder how you ever lived without a piece in your wardrobe. Worn with another favourite, this easy Thomas Tait bomber jacket picked up at his recent sample sale in East London. Feeling textured all-black a lot these days it would seem.

GRAM LIFE

GRAM9

Some of my favourites happenings on the gram recently. From Vanessa wearing my silk board shorts (DAYUM), to new pieces in from Stills, Beth Richards, COS and Bandhu; looking back at my favourite editorial from AnOther Magazine and many many top down pictures (the shame!) and beautiful sunsets. Absolutely loving living right here right now, London is very exciting at the moment. Seeing Charlie May popping up on all of my favourite people all over instagram and the web is the best feeling ever.

IBIZA PHOTODIARY

Wearing: Zara trench, Varley bikini, Viktor & Rolf shorts, Givenchy sandals, Collective tee, Beth Richards swim top, Phillip Lim shorts,
Céline shoes and sunglasses, Aquascutum shirt, Alexander Wang clutch, Pamela Love necklace, Sandro top, Varley Bikini.

Going through my batch of Ibiza photos, I realised I still have so many I want to share. Being able to bring my own photographer along on the trip meant that the posts really could go on and on! Quite a lot for 3 days don’t ya think? Not only did I manage to pack an almost exclusively white suitcase but I also managed to get plenty of wear out of some some new swimwear favourites from Varley and Beth Richards. How I miss being so close to crystal blue open water now I’m back in London! Thank you to Michael for being my ideal travel buddy on the trip!

POSTCARDS FROM DEVON

Wearing: T by Alexander Wang dress, Collective tshirt, Phillip Lim shorts, Céline shoes and sunglasses, Alexander Wang bag.

Back in London now and still dreaming of the sunny beaches and rolling hills of North Devon. All week with nothing on the agenda except reading a book or applying some sun cream! We hiked up Heddon’s valley one day and must have walked a hundred miles through the woods trying to find the beach in the distance. There are way more pictures on my instagram from the trip as it’s not always nice to carry a huge camera around. I hope you enjoyed them!

WEEKEND FEELING

Untitled #1

Gearing up for the weekend by seemingly adding furiously to my wishlist. I’m completely obsessed with this BLK DNM leather wrap skirt, I’ve mentioned it a few times already but it’s perfection in my eyes. Not sure if it’s a little OTT to pair with a white bustier top, but throw a silk shirt over the top of that and I think it’s acceptable. Now off to Notting Hill to meet Shini and Camille to enjoy brunch in the sunshine – have a good weekend!

WATERFALLS

Wearing: Alexander Wang jumper and bag, 3.1 Phillip Lim shorts, Ann Demeulemeester boots, MFPepe bracelet.

My final post from Bristol, perfecting the art of showing you what was underneath my hundred layers of coats and hats. Really looking forward to summer now, where I’ll no doubt be transitioning from winter whites to summer whites. WATCH OUT. ..Seriously though I must have worn predominantly white in the last 10 posts. Transeasonal dressing is now exactly the same, just plus or minus the tights it would seem.

NEUTRAL SUNDAY

Wearing: Ann Demeulemeester blazer and boots, Theysken’s Theory top, Phillip Lim shorts, Acne sunglasses, Noemie Klein ring.

Brief outfit capture in the last 15 minutes of sunlight on Sunday. Can you tell I’m wishing it was summer already!? Even though I’m in the middle of making an A/W collection, I have to admit that most of it is the colour white so far.. (SPOILER ALERT). I wish I was debuting these perfect floaty shorts on a beach somewhere in Hawai, but London is where I’ve got to be for now. Fashion week is less than three weeks away!
