BACKSTAGE AT CHARLIE MAY AW14

Backstage at Charlie May AW14 by Joseph Piper

Finally I get to show you these beautiful backstage pictures from my AW14 show! It’s always over so quickly, and such a whirlwind I can hardly remember, so looking back over these it the perfect little memory jog. I’m so happy with how the collection looks this season, I think it’s finally at where I really want it to be; the styling and model casting by the incredibly talented Nobuko Tannawa, the space inside the OXO tower on Southbank with so much natural light, and finally the collaborations with Gigi Burris millenary and Eleven Everything knitwear. So happy to have met you both you insane talents! To see the full runway looks go to Vogue.co.uk.

  7. Send those overcoats straight to my wishlist, but how good is that long and lean cosy knitwear? It’s interesting to hear you say, that with this collection, this is what you want Charlie May to be. Going from strength to strength.
