Wednesday night we celebrated Atalanta Weller hitting The Convenience Store, a little boutique out in what seems like the middle of nowhere of Notting Hill, selling only handpicked exclusive pieces and some quite unconventional ones too. All night I had my eyes on this huge fur hat, a modern twist on the traditional english bearskin. Could I get away with it at parties?
We drank some seriously spicey bloody mary’s and headed off into the sunset, which my outfit happened to match perfectly.

Found this set from my MyDaily tshirt shoot a couple of months back. Sorry if that seems to be all I’m posting, working hard towards my S/S 12 collection that you will all be seeing in less than a month. Another look from the MyDaily set ‘How to wear print’. Totally obsessed with this skirt, amazing colour clash going on. Also this barbie pink lipstick I stole off Lexxi. I think it’s remained in my handbag ever since this shoot! And I do think I look like some kind of insane tropical bird, hense Cockatoo.

For my latest MyDaily ‘How to wear it’ adventure, pairing this awesome cloud print Kane jacket with an equally awesome galaxy print skirt was a no brainer. So in love with the vivid colours and prints. My nails are a beautiful nude with hot pink tips too, done by Models Own.

GUESS WHO’S GETTING PRINTY
My new MyDaily shoot is up!I’m really not a print or colour type of girl, which is something I wanted to change. It’s not that I dislike them, only that when it comes to shopping I seem to scoop up everything black, grey or dusky pastel in sight and disregard the rest. My usual dress code is more a focus on design I guess, the simpler the better, which is why this MyDaily shoot was such a fun experiment. There are so many favourites, I will be posting all the looks on here in more detail over the next couple of weeks. But if you can’t wait then you can check out all of them on MyDaily now.

On Friday Dr Martens invited me down to the Aubin cinema to preview the new collection and savour some of the delights the venue had to offer. Looking back through these pictures it’s easy to see why I left a little lightheaded. Lychee martinis and expresso cocktails that blew your head off in one gulp, as well as being surrounded by so many beautiful shoes and satchels. After a drink we were led into the cinema to view to campaign video starring Agyness Deyn and Ash Stymest, a perfect couple for the brand. They embody classic British punk style and the debut of Dr Martens new AW 11 ‘First and Forever’ campaign highlights the last 50 years from scooter boys to skin heads.
The range will be available to buy from the 1st September.
