I think the dress is Giles too. The stockings that Alana Zimmer were wearing are Jean Paul Gaultier. You couldn’t see here boots in the pic, but they are Akris.

I checked out the Giles collection and don’t think that’s it. There are some quite structural pieces, but none with the shoulder detailing that this one has. Surely it wouldn’t be a top under the dress either, there are seams that suggest the padding is built in. Could either of you link me to the piece your sure it is? xxx
